As we step into the fourth day of the Winter Session in Parliament, Home Minister Amit Shah is set to present the Jammu and Kashmir Reservation (Amendment) Bill, 2023, and the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation (Amendment) Bill, 2023, for deliberation and approval in the Rajya Sabha.
